Sim3D has been written to allow you to practice making controllers for walking robots. Although you can make your own robots, it's very hard and you're advised not to try. Several sample robots have been supplied including:
The hexapods can walk over rough terrain up to height 130. The quadrupeds can only walk over slightly uneven terrain up to height 50. Perhaps you can do better. Please report any bugs to PeterBalch@btinternet.com
